The Gel Printer's Kit
I love gel printing, an easy-to-learn form of mono printing or monotype printing. I offer quite a few gel printing workshops, the essentials listed here. Choose your preferred plate size, I like having several sizes and aspect ratios. For the beginner the 6 x 6" or 5 x 7" is a great start. Don't forget to grab a precut plexiglass base for the plate to sit on. This protects the plate as well as any surface you might work on. The large hardware chains sell precut plexi in a variety of sizes.
